FEROCIOUS CAITTY (1) has the inside draw, and she is racing with confidence, so we have included her for second spot. HILL TOP JONNIE (4) – victorious in six of his 11 starts – is a promising speedster, but he is rising in class.

‘Must Watch Race’ Preview ?:

HILL TOP JONNIE (4) is sure to have plenty of support, however there is a stack of early speed in this event, so he could be a risk. LUCA’S JEBRYNAH (7) carved out a ridiculous 5.15sec to the first marker at Sale before scoring in a blistering 24.61sec last start. If he can reproduce something similar, he should have no trouble crossing early and he will prove hard to reel in. SOLEUS (8) is armed with a dazzling turn of foot and with the speed underneath, he should get a nice cart across early on. His last 30m isn’t great, so he will probably have to hit the lead before they turn for home. FEROCIOUS CAITTY (1) is getting stronger all the time. From the inside draw she should be able to punch through early on and she will make the outside division work hard throughout. Any one of five runners could get the cash.
