As the regulator of greyhound racing in Victoria, GRV is responsible for registering people seeking to participate in the sport.
The GRV Board may register a person if they meet the eligibility requirements, and has absolute discretion to refuse an application for registration, or grant an application subject to any conditions deemed appropriate.
Under the Rules of Racing, there is a two-stage process for determining applications.
