? THE WATCHDOG’S $10 INVESTMENT ?
? Thursday 2 June

? $3 Place – MIDNIGHT ROCKER
? Shepparton ? Race 2 ? Box 3 ? 450m ⏱ 5:11pm
TAB fixed odds: $3.60 Place (Top two finish required)
Form ? https://watchdog.grv.org.au/meeting/774360130/race/2

The Watchdog says
? : MIDNIGHT ROCKER (3) turned in a big performance when placed here on debut and he appears to be a highly promising type. There are some royally bred debutants in this event, however they will have to be serious talents to hold him out, so with an ounce of luck in running, he should be able to run home into a top-two finish.

? $2 Win – MISS DAISY HILL
? Shepparton ? Race 5 ? Box 7 ? 450m ⏱ 6:07pm
TAB fixed odds: $4.60 Win
Form ? https://watchdog.grv.org.au/meeting/774360130/race/5

The Watchdog says
? : MISS DAISY HILL (7) has been racing well in stronger company of late and she is suitably drawn out wide. With SLINGSHOT BRUNO (6) expected to cross and lead, she will get a nice cart across early and with a clear passage throughout, she will prove too strong in the run home.

? $3 Win – GUSSON
? Shepparton ? Race 7 ? Box 1 ? 450m ⏱ 6:42pm
TAB fixed odds: $4.20 Win
Form ? https://watchdog.grv.org.au/meeting/774360130/race/7

The Watchdog says
? : GUSSON (1) has turned in some eye-catching performances here of late and he will appreciate the rise in distance. If he can step on terms, he should be able to fire through and lead and he will prove too classy in the closing stages.

? $2 Place – HAMILLSON

? Must Watch Race ?

Mixed Grade 3/4

? Sandown Park ? Race 9
? Box 1 ? 515m ⏱ 8:52pm

TAB fixed odds: $2.10 Place (Top two finish required)

The Watchdog says ?: Dual Group placegetter HAMILLSON (1) is a Sandown Park specialist and from the inside draw he should be able to hold a top two spot through the bend. The pressure will be on throughout, but the draw will be a difference maker and a top-two finish looks likely in a field of Group-class performers.

‘Must Watch Race’ Preview ?:

McKEON BALE (4) is an exciting female sprinter and she returns to her favourite circuit after a luckless run at Wagga. She runs a consistent 5.10sec to the first marker and with the ability to carve out 29.20sec, she will prove hard to hold out. HAMILLSON (1) is a Sandown Park specialist having won seven-of-ten this track/distance and he is armed with terrific early burn. Surprisingly, he is yet to win in four runs from this draw, but he has been placed in all four attempts, so a clean getaway can see him land his first victory from Box 1. LET’S WIN COIN (2) has been enormous since moving to Victoria and she is getting stronger with every run. ASTON TANGO (8) has recorded a couple of breathtaking wins here of late, however from the wide draw, she may have to work hard to cross in the initial stages.
