Despite suffering his first defeat last Thursday night, Amron Boy is favoured to bounce back in the second semi-final against impressive youngsters Levitation and Photo Man.

Fearless Rory v Let’s Win Coin v Kung Pow Kevin v Magical Mavis should be a competitive third semi-final, while Samona v Amlin Emperor v G3 winner Plaintiff v She’s Refined is expected to be a great fourth semi-final.

TAB Phoenix champion WOW SHE’S FAST (5) has been simply phenomenal in her two runs since resuming from a spell and if she times the start tonight, she should be winning again. She absolutely destroyed her rivals here last Thursday night and she is one of the fastest chasers in the land. However, she has drawn poorly again tonight and she can’t afford to hesitate at box rise. HERE COMES PIE (1) owns a scorching 29.25sec PB here and he is a genuine beast when in the clear. He should be able to hold the top through the bend and the favourite will have to go another level to reel him in. MOBILE LEGEND (3) will be giving his more fancied rivals a head start, but he has proven that he can carve out time when coming from off the pace. WYNBURN RUBY (8) is a classy Tasmanian speedster, and she will be better for the run here last Thursday night, while the speedy HOMETOWN HERO (6) could cause a boilover if he comes out running.
