Daily Mail: Will ‘Avo’ smash rivals at Warragul?

A number of well-performed chasers are in action at Warragul this evening including last year’s G2 Ballarat Cup finalist Daniel Avocado.

Recent G3 Great Chase runner-up Hamillson and prolific winner Coolant highlight the respective races they are contesting, while Action Girl is looking to stay unbeaten after seven starts.

Adonis Sands v Jordanville Jet v Blackpool Astro v Usain Spolly v You Fugitive should be a great battle at Healesville, while Sambar Chief will be aiming to stop the three-race win streak of My Prom Queen.

Aces Are Trumps v Not Happening is a top duel at Horsham, while Lektra Heckler, Crackerjack Zave and Ivy Isobel also feature on the card.

The Watchdog says
? : KRAKEN ALBY (5) has panels on these and should be scoring. BENNISON BELLE (7) has good early burn and can fill the quinella spot. DANICA SPOLLY (4) is the obvious choice for third, however we have included I’M ACE OSTI (2) at the value.

? $3.50 Multi

First
?:
Win – MY PROM QUEEN
? Healesville ? Race 5 ? Box 5 ? 350m ⏱ 12:27pm
TAB fixed odds: $1.95 Win

Second
?: Win – EMMETT’S REGRET
? Healesville ? Race 10 ? Box 8 ? 300m ⏱ 2:07pm
TAB fixed odds: $1.80 Win
Form ? https://watchdog.grv.org.au/meeting/666539209/race/10

The Watchdog says
? : MY PROM QUEEN (5) is airborne at present, and she should be able to clear SAMBAR CHIEF (4) in the initial stages. She is hard to get past when leading and they will have to carve out serious time to reel her in. EMMETT’S REGRET (8) is perfectly drawn out wide and he will be suited by the smaller line-up. With an even getaway, he should prove too strong in the run home.

TAB fixed odds: $1.55 Place
Form ? https://watchdog.grv.org.au/meeting/666539211/race/12

The Watchdog says
? : BUSTER GIBLET (1) has raced well at Horsham and with a wide runner drawn on his outside, he should get plenty of cover through the bend. NOT HAPPENING (4) is armed with a big finish and he will scrape the paint throughout, so with a clear passage early on, he should be there to strike in the run home. MAGNIS BALE (2) has always done his best racing here and he should be on the pace from the outset.

Multi price:
$3.26

? $1 Trifecta – 1 / 5,6,7 / 2,5,6,7,8 (8.33%)

? Must Watch Race ?

Restricted Win Heat

? Warragul ? Race 11
? 400m ⏱ 10:09pm

The Watchdog says ?:  ACTION GIRL (1) should keep her perfect record intact, whilst the middle division should battle it out for second and hopefully, we can secure some value there.

‘Must Watch Race’ Preview ?:
The well-placed ACTION GIRL (1) comes into this having gone six-of-six and she is capable of lighting up the clock. She has proven that she can lead or come from off the pace and her scorching 21.80sec Ballarat win indicates that she is the real deal. She is a member of an exciting litter, and she gives the indication that she will have no trouble winning beyond 390m, so hopefully we can see her head to town in the near future.
