The Watchdog says
? : YOZO BALE (1) is all class, and he is drawn to make every post a winner. SAILOR’S GIRL (1) is dropping considerably in class and is expected to lead throughout, while FERDINAND BOY (4) looks a moral at the skinny odds.

The Watchdog says
? : FLYING SURPRISE (1) is a powerful type and from the good draw he will get all the breaks and a top-two finish is on the cards. SPANISH MISS (1) is another who is well drawn, and she has turned in some handy performances of late. She looks very well graded in this event and there should be no excuses for her today.

? Sale ? Race 10
? 440m ⏱ 9:05pm

The Watchdog says ?: FERDINAND BOY (4) should lead all the way, while OMEGA DODGE (2) will run home into the quinella spot. NITROGLYCERINE (1) has the good draw and can sneak into third spot.

‘Must Watch Race’ Preview ?:

FERDINAND BOY (4) is one of the best provincial sprinters in the state and he will be looking to atone for his luckless run in the Group 2 Traralgon Cup final. He will be suited to the smaller line-up, so with an even getaway, he should burst to the lead and a sub 24.60sec run should be on the cards. OMEGA DODGE (2) is a track specialist and the obvious danger. He has won a staggering 19 of 52 (37 percent) over this track/distance and he will charge to the line. I don’t think he can pick up the champ, but he should fill the quinella spot.
