Pink Diamond Champion Short Course runner-up Dr. Knuckles faces Miss Cosmic Lee, Throw Caution and Rumour Is Fact in a competitive Mixed 4/5 395m event.

Mr. Audacious on Saturday night almost broke the 395m track record set by G2 Traralgon Cup winner Typhoon Sammy and he contests a 395m Maiden final, while the promising Wharfie lines up in a 395m Mixed 6/7 final.

Consistent chasers Made Me Blind and Mac Rooster clash at Sale in a Mixed 4/5 440m race, while the in-form Body Hack stands out in a Mixed 3/4 425m event at Bendigo.

SIMBA’S GIRL (1) sizzled early in her top debut win and that should allow RAPAKI ROCKS to follow her through and he will be very strong in the run home.

‘Must Watch Race’ Preview ?:

We see some exciting prospects coming through this series and MR. AUDACIOUS (5) appears to be the standout. He went through the first marker in a slick 3.71sec before hitting the line in a scorching 21.53sec last Saturday night and to put that into perspective, TYPHOON SAMMY won the Group 2 Traralgon Cup final in 21.66sec, so he appears to have a huge future. The draw hasn’t done him any favours tonight and with the pace drawn inside and out, he can’t afford to make any mistakes at box rise. SIMBA’S GIRL (1) was never headed in her handy 21.85sec debut win and she will be even better for the run, while the improving RAPAKI ROCKS (2) could be the value runner. He has been handily placed in his three runs to date and he will be powering to the line.
