Following Monday’s picnic meeting at Traralgon, GRV and the club have confirmed the first race meeting on the new track will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026.

The redeveloped venue features a one-turn design, similar in style to Sale. Race distances will include 350m, 425m and 570m, with an additional 280m trial-only distance available for educational purposes.

After the April 22 day meeting, Traralgon will transition to a Friday twilight timeslot from May 1 for three weeks, before adding Monday twilight meetings from May 18.
