WHISTLING BULLET (4) is armed with terrific early speed and she has a clear class edge over her rivals. With a clean getaway, she can pounce on the lead, and I can’t see them reeling her in. ZEEBA’S LEGACY (1) is airborne at present, and he should be winning with ease.

The Watchdog says ?: If MEPUNGA KATIE (4) can avoid early bother, she should be able to balance up mid pack and once into the clear, she will really get into her work. Her last 200m is the best part of her race and with an ounce of luck in running, she can run into the money.

‘Must Watch Race’ Preview ?:

Great race and it features quite a few star chasers. KEEP IT BLUE (2) is one of the most consistent types in the race and he has been racing well in Free For All class in town of late. He should have enough pace to hold the lead, however star speedster ASTON TITAN (6) will try and put early pressure on, along with explosive talent ULTIMATE AVENGER (5). COLLINDA BEAST (1) can be hard to follow but he has a V12 engine and has the inside draw, while MEPUNGA KATIE (4) will be looking to get into the clear mid race, and she will charge to the line. RUFIANO (7) is the interesting runner. This is his toughest test, but he owns a scorching 29.17sec PB here and with some luck early he can cause a minor upset.
