GRV recognised on International Women’s Day

Greyhound Racing Victoria has been ranked among the leading workplaces for women in Australia.

As part of the build up to International Women’s Day (8 March), a team at Work180 – a global jobs network helping women find workplaces they can trust – has compiled a list of the top 101 workplaces for women in 2023.

“We scored each workplace across 10 workplace standards, including hiring practices, paid parental leave, flexible working and inclusive and anti-discriminatory behaviours,” Work180’s Gemma Lloyd told the Herald Sun.
“The ones that are really leading, the pace setters, they’re taking all of that to the next level.”

Work180 promotes organisational standards that raise the bar for women in the workplace.
