He is having his first look at Traralgon tonight, so he will need an ounce of luck early, but if he can step on terms, he should assume control after 100m and be far too good for his rivals. RIVER ROUGH (1) has been dominant in his two wins to date and he is likely to keep the pressure on from the outset. He would have preferred a wider draw, but he has a great turn of foot. ASTON RIVER (8) was a handy 19.95sec winner here two runs back and the reliable beginner rounds out the serious chances.
