There is very little pace drawn directly on his outside, so he should be able to hold the lead at the bend and he has proven very hard to get past out in front.

‘Must Watch Race’ Preview ?:

Superstar LALA KIWI (7) didn’t have a lot of luck in the TAB Million Dollar Chase series; however, she returns to her favourite track tonight and with a clear run early, she can hit the scoreboard. Kennelmate ZARA’S IVAN (1) is a serious prospect, and he too hasn’t had a lot of luck recently. He has come up with the inside draw and with a lack of pace drawn directly on his outside, he should be able to hold the top. DAPH’S ASCEND (6) hasn’t drawn well but she loves racing here and if she can step evenly, she might be able to put herself into a prominent spot through the turn. INDY MATILDA (3) is a little hit or miss early but she has the talent to feature, while the explosive HEBRIDEAN BLACK (4) needs to find the rail early.
