The Watchdog says ?: BUSTER HARLEY (3) can be frustrating to watch but I think Group 3 finalist DEADLY CLASS (8) should cross and he will be carving out time in front, so that should allow BUSTER HARLEY to chase hard and I think he can fill the quinella spot.

‘Must Watch Race’ Preview ?:

DEADLY CLASS (8) has only had the three starts, but he has scored two brilliant sub 30-second wins at The Meadows and he appears to be the real deal. In both wins he showed enough early speed to suggest that he will be highly competitive in provincial sprints, and he looks very well graded tonight. There is a fair bit of speed drawn inside but he should have enough pace to cross early and a sub 25.10sec run could be on the cards. BUSTER HARLEY (3) can be frustrating, but he has a huge motor, and he is capable of causing an upset. He will need a little room early, but he did record a smart 25.36sec when powering to the line in his win here in February. MY BOY CHARLOTT (2) is promising and must be respected.
