Geelong Derby winner Nikoli Bale, plus the duel between the promising Indy Lolly and Healesville Derby runner-up Paddy’s Marvel, are also highlights of the meeting at Ballarat.

Multiple Group finalists Fernando Frank and Riccarton Rick is the feature clash at Cranbourne this evening.

From the good draw, he should be able to settle in the top three and he will be very strong in the run home. ON THE BIT (1) is a gifted speedster and he has some breathtaking wins to his credit. He was desperately unlucky last Wednesday night and with a clear run early, he can figure prominently. However, his box manners can let him down and from the red draw, he can’t afford to make any mistakes. HILL TOP JONAH (5) has an electric turn of foot and if given room early, he should be able to burst to the early lead. He was a dazzling 25.16sec heat winner and a similar performance can see him score again. INDY FIDO (6) won his heat in a scorching 25.02sec and he will get a nice cart across in the initial stages.
