Christo’s return?

Versatile big gun Christo Bale looms ominous as reappears to middle-distance ranks this evening. But will he return to the winner’s list?

Since running 4th to Tommy Shelby in last month’s G1 Australian Cup (525m), Mark Debridge’s megastar has raced three times for three luckless minor placings, all over 525m at The Meadows.

Tonight he steps back up to 600m, which should see him back in the winner’s circle for the first time since snaring his Australian Cup heat, but he’ll need to be at his brilliant best to topple the likes of Mepunga Felix and Zipping Ticket.

Incidentally, The Watchdog’s Daily Mail has won or broke even in eight of the past nine days and delivered a profit of 20% over the past week.

With tonight’s focus on the exciting action at The Meadows, it could be the perfect time to jump on board.

WATCH: The Daily Mail’s best ‘WIN’ bet on Friday, Halwes scores in fine style at Bendigo, paying $2 for the win.  RESULTS
