Lang Lang host an exciting meeting of coursing on Sunday with five feature events making up the card.
The opening feature is the Sylvester Doyle Puppy Championship, worth $3,695 to-the-winner. This event is for puppies whelped on or after 1st March 2017.
Lyka Skywalker claimed last years Sylvester Doyle Puppy Championship and went on to win a city race at Sandown in 29.91sec.
The 2019 Sylvester Doyle has attracted some nicely bred types including;
– Padrino Rocks (Brett Lee x Angie Rocks)
– Golden Years (Banjo Boy x Destini Gold, mother of Barooga Brett)
– Archie Rocks (Moreira x Punk Rock Lass, mother of Angie Rocks, Ronda Rocks)
– Front Bar (Barcia Bale x She’s Got Grace)
– Bowled Underarm (Barcia Bale x Mepunga Nicky, repeat mating of Mepunga Blazer).
Event 2 is the Ray Boundy Memorial ($1,095 to-the-winner) for all aged greyhounds which is made up of some of our hottest coursing greyhounds including; Bees On Fire, Johnnie Red and Gotham Queen.
The Gippsland Cup is Event 3 and is offering up $1,095 to the winner.
The Cranbourne Maiden dog and Larmax Trading Maiden bitch, both worth $825 to-the-winner, round out Lang Lang’s card.
