Marg Long (pictured) has been inducted into GRV’s Hall of Fame in a tremendous highlight at tonight’s Victorian Greyhound Awards.
A greyhound racing club administrator across several decades, Marg was a major player in the Melbourne Greyhound Racing Association’s transition from Olympic Park to The Meadows in the late nineties.
The late Ron Izon, a trailblazer in racetrack maintenance and equipment, was also inducted into GRV’s Hall of Fame tonight along with champion broodmatron Cursorial.
