Lioness Lulu is another Victorian chasing group race success when she lines up in the Group 3 Gold Cup (720m) at Wentworth Park on Saturday night.

“She is rated $1.80 with TAB but I don’t think she deserves to be that short. In saying that, she should go very well,” said trainer Mark Giddings.

Giddings, 22, purchased Lioness Lulu for just $2,000 as a mature race dog, and she is on track to win her second feature after snaring the $103,000 Group 1 Association Cup (720m) two weeks ago.
