Life Ban for Jon Roberts

The independent Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board (RADB) disqualified Mr Jon Roberts for life today following a hearing into Mr Roberts’ actions at the Tooradin Trial Track.

Mr Roberts was charged under LR 18.5, GAR 86(af) at a hearing held on Wednesday 24 June.  Mr Roberts was found guilty of charges relating to live baiting at that hearing.

The RADB today announced that it had disqualified Mr Roberts for life effective 24 June 2015.
