ACE IN THE PACK?

Tonight’s Free For All at The Meadows sees the brilliant Weblec Ace try to score his first win in 10 starts and he will have every chance after drawing box one.

But with the likes of Jepara and Zipping Zarbo in the race, he’ll need to be on his game.

The Watchdog was in terrific form in his regular role as a panellist on SEN Track’s ‘The Lids Fly’ program on Thursday night.

The form expert was pitted against Thrill of the Chase TV co-host Mitch Ebeyer and Miles ‘Phitzmagic’ Pfitzner in a Return on Investment battle across various greyhound meetings including Sandown Park and Bendigo.

Each tipster invested 60 units across 30 races the night, with The Watchdog returning 117.38 units, equating to a profit of 96%.

Among The Watchdog’s big winners on Thursday were:

1 unit Pacific Lass ($15) at Sandown Park.
1 unit Irwin Bale ($16) at Bendigo (also tipped on top in The Watchdog form guide).
1 unit Eddie Lee ($13.70) at Bendigo.
2 units Less Ordinary ($3.90) at Bendigo.

Tune into ‘The Lids Fly’ every Thursday from 6-10pm on SEN Track.
