Midnight Monarch Scratched from Bendigo Cup

Midnight Monarch has been scratched from Friday nights Group 2 Bendigo Cup following a shoulder injury.

The son the Barcia Bale and Sovereign Queen won his heat at the odds of $10 last Sunday and will likely miss around a month of racing.

Midnight Monarch is a winner of seven races from 11 starts and is trained by Christoper Tilley.

Flossing is the first reserve for the Bendigo Cup.
