Beyond the big stage, Team Thompson’s precision planning made a huge impact on week-to-week metropolitan racing, with Jason carefully mapping out runs for each of his athletes.

The results back it up: 170 starters at Sandown Park and The Meadows produced 55 winners – an impressive strike rate of 32.4%.
