RSN Grey Areas | George an iconic genius?

Grey Areas… the show where no questions are off limits, reality TV shows will feature, greyhound racing will be spoken about and George will supply listeners with quality tips.

The sounds of regal brass opened the show as John Henry and Jason celebrate the efforts of George Farrugia’s clean sweep at The Meadows on Saturday night. AND, yet another left field anchor legs get up. Thats nine from ten for those counting at home.

This weekend marks week one of the Australian Cup Carnival with the running of the Temlee and the Zoom Top at The Meadows. These hand-picked fields can create plenty of controversy but that’s what we love about them. Jason and George take a look at the Group 1 fields post box draws.

George’s Saturday set at Sandown:

Race 3, Ivory Narwhal (5)
“His form is okay but he finds a race where he grades really well. If we see some odds, we can safely have a bet each way.”

Race 9, Boracay Storm (5)
“We all know how fast this dogs is – he splits fantastic, and I think he finds his race.”

Race 10, Mepunga Ollie (1)
“He races best off inside draws.”
