The Watchdog says ?: SHE’S REFINED (4) faces a tough assignment first up; however, she is in elite hands and I’m expecting her to be primed for this event. If she and Group 1 National Futurity winner IDOLIZE (7) both step evenly, I think she can hold her opponent at the first bend and that should be the difference.

‘Must Watch Race’ Preview ?:

IDOLIZE (7) has transformed herself into one of the state’s best sprinters having tasted Group 1 success in the National Futurity at Wentworth Park and she followed that up with a brilliant second in the Group 1 Temlee at The Meadows. She drops back to 450m tonight, but she is a lightning beginner. SHE’S REFINED (4) has only had four starts, but she announced herself as a potential megastar in her first preparation with back-to-back scorching wins at Sandown Park in 29.20sec and 29.19sec. She is nice and fresh and with a clean getaway, she should be able to find the rail early and she may have enough pace to hold IDOLIZE out. The winner should come from one of them, however the talented MY NAME’S STACEY (5) is a brilliant beginner and recently carved out a blistering 26.99sec at Horsham.
