6.00 pm: Annual General Meeting Commences
6.45pm: Light Supper
7.30pm: Guest Speaker.

The President’s & Treasurer’s Reports will be read and there will be an Election of Committee Members

Four Committee members are retiring in accordance with the constitution, with three standing for re-election. Subject to nominations, up to four committee members may be elected:

• • Rule 45: retiring, for re-election: Lynton Hogan and Karen Leek

• Rule 44 casual vacancy: re-election: Jason Sharp
• Rule 45: Retiring, not standing: Sandra Reed.

If you have been a member for at least the last 12 months, you can nominate for the Committee. Simply complete the nomination form and return by Sunday 27 October 2019.

All owners, trainers and breeders are invited to attend the AGM but non-members must apply for Membership and pay the joining fee on the night or beforehand. Members who attend with persons who join as members on the night may be eligible for subscription discounts or dispensation.
