Please note the below information when nominating for the upcoming coursing events at Benalla on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st July.

The Victoria Derby – Winner $3,765 (plus $1,000 VicGreys bonus), Runner Up $1,275. For male greyhounds whelped on or after 1st March 2017. Trainers should select the Puppy option on Saturday 20th July only.

The Victorian Oaks – Winner $3,765 (plus $1,000 VicGreys bonus), Runner Up $1,275. For female greyhounds whelped on or after 1st March 2017. Trainers should select the Puppy option on Saturday 20th July only.

Consolation events for the Derby and Oaks will also be conducted (subject to nominations) for greyhounds defeated in the first and second rounds.

On Sunday 21st July will see the continuation of the Derby and Oaks plus the McRae Holden Benalla Cup and supporting events dependent on nominations received.

McRae Holden Benalla Cup – For the best 8 all aged greyhounds – Winner $1,200. Trainers wishing to nominate for this event must select the Cup option on Sunday 21st July. Greyhounds will be selected in order of coursing prizemoney. If insufficient nominations are received, greyhounds with the best coursing form will be considered.
