Independent Chair Role open for expressions of interest

Greyhounds Australasia’s (GA) vision is to foster a cohesive and vibrant national greyhound racing industry that is a valued part of the community, and that puts animal welfare and integrity at the centre of everything it does.

The GA Chair reports to the Board which is comprised of members from all jurisdictions within Australia and New Zealand

The Chair provides independent, impartial chairing of GA Directors’ and GA Member meetings and facilitates debate and discussion across the membership in seeking to unify approaches for regulation, management and administration when it is in the best interests of its members.

The Chair works closely with the GA Chief Executive Officer and jurisdictions in seeking to deliver GA’s strategic business plans and to successfully achieve the objectives of GA.
