Unlawful Entry Breaks Second Track Record

Unlawful Entry has gone a long way to secure favouritism in next week’s Warrnambool Cup after breaking the 450 metre track record tonight clocking a flying 24.719sec seconds in a heat tonight.

The Brett Bravo trained chaser jumped from box three as second favourite ($3.40) to Anthony Azzopardi’s Major Jackpot ($2.60) in what can only be described as a courageous victory, working hard for the lead to secure his Warrnambool Cup rug and his second track record.

The 450 metre track record has only stood for seven days after Aston Bolero, trained by Jason Thompson, recorded a 24.799sec second run last week.

The son of Knocka Norris and She Ain’t Late’s first track record came at Sandown Park over the 515 metre distance, stopping the clock at 28.95 in March this year.
