Topgun hopefuls to trial live on Sky Racing 2 tonight

Reigning Victorian Greyhound of the Year Without A Trace and emerging staying star Beautiful Child (QLD) will trial between races at The Meadows tonight, with both hit-outs to be shown live on Sky Racing 2.

7.28pm – Race 3
7.33pm – Beautiful Child trial (600m)

7.47pm – Race 4
7.52pm – Without A Trace trial (600m)

The pair are chasing a place in the Topgun Stayers, which features on the opening night of the Dream Chasers carnival at The Meadows.

Regardless of whether Without A Trace is in the Topgun Stayers field or not, it will be of high interest to punters to get a gauge on how well she’s travelling after a handful of below par efforts.

Fields for the Topgun Stayers and Sprinters will be announced at 11.30am on Thursday during Giddy Up with Gareth Hall, broadcast on SEN Track and Racing.com.

All four nights of the Dream Chasers carnival will again be on Racing.com.
