Canberra has now been added to the list of tracks associated with Tier 3 eligibility for Victorian race meetings. Canberra joins fellow interstate tracks Barmera, Broken Hill, Mount Gambier, Temora and Wagga to fall under Victoria
Bendigo’s weekly Tuesday ’Day’ meeting will move to Wednesday in the ‘Twilight’ timeslot, effective 28 August, 2013. This will take the number of Victorian greyhound race meetings on Tuesdays back to two, and increase Wednesdays to four (there are currently three race meetings held on these days).

VETERAN TRAINER’S FIRST GROUP WINNER At 74, and after 40 years in greyhound racing, Barry Moloney trained his first group winner when Marcus Joe won the $145,000 Hudson Pacific Maturity Classic at The Meadows last night.
