Race 6 is the highlight, which is headlined by veteran star stayer Ayden’s Warrior – a 35 time winner with well over $500,000 in prize money to his name. He meets kennelmate Power Squeeze who has an abundance of x-factor and will put on a show win, lose or draw.

Race 11, King Of Chaos (7)
He’s a greyhound with good early speed and there’s a modest amount of it across the rest of the field. There’s no reason he can’t go forward, set up the race and be too hard to reel in late. My Mate Charlie (6) is the obvious danger, but pending we land in front of him early I think that’ll decide the race.

NEXT BEST
Race 9, Pure Silk (6)
She looked all at sea in a recent stint in Adelaide but I feel her potential is too hard to ignore in this one. She’s capable of leading this field easily and then we’ll get a decent look at how strong she is – I feel it’ll be strong enough to win.

VALUE BET
Race 6, Brindle Surprise (5)
He meets the biggest names on tonight’s card but I reckon he’s good enough to cause them some headaches. He’s honest and has skills up his sleeve to push forward early and travel up front. Whether he can hold on, we’ll see, but at the quote that he is, he represents value to me.

WORTH THE RISK/TAKE ON
Race 8, Victory Barry (1)
Slow beginner who will be left out the back early on. It’s a rise in class for him and with the quality of opposition I think it’s going to be too tough for him to finish over the top of them late.
