Vale John Pearson

The sport is saddened by the recent passing on John Pearson, aged 65.

John was part of the famous Pearson family production of National Greyhound Form and the Gold Guide during one of the sport’s halcyon eras. He played the role of editor and was pivotal in the business.

He had deep history in greyhound racing and played a role on various panels. His involvement was inspired by his father Bill Pearson – a member of Greyhound Racing Victoria’s Hall of Fame. Famous name in greyhound.

The funeral will be held on Friday July 31 from 11.30am, at St Theresa’s Church, Lincoln Rd in Essendon.
