Nominations Now Open: 2025/26 Ken Carr Medal & Ned Bryant ‘Silver Fox’ Award

Nominations are now open for two of the sport’s most prestigious honours – the Ken Carr Medal and the Ned Bryant ‘Silver Fox’ Award which will be awarded at the 2025/26 Victorian Greyhound Awards.

Greyhound racing’s night of nights will be held at The Meadows on Friday, 14 August, celebrating outstanding contributions and achievements across the Victorian industry.

The Ned Bryant ‘Silver Fox’ Award recognises emerging participants who have made an outstanding contribution to the sport over the past 12 months, whether through training, breeding or promotion.

Dylan Klemke was the 2024/25 recipient of the award.

The Ken Carr Medal honours an individual who has made an exceptional contribution to greyhound racing in Victoria.

Ron Hood was awarded the 2024/25 medal.
