Superstar sprinter Power And Glory to trial at The Meadows

This year’s Golden Easter Egg and Million Dollar Chase champion, Power And Glory, will have his first look at The Meadows on Wednesday night in an exhibition trial.

The trial will be shown live on Sky Racing 2 at 7.37pm

It’s in preparation for the Group 1 Sportsbet Topgun on Saturday November 8, with trainer Ken Burnett understandably having expectation that his star will be gain a start in the invitational. Power And Glory has won 18 of his 35 starts with $1.4M in prize money to his name.

Connections who have received invitations to nominate have until 10am this Friday to nominate with Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) should they wish to be considered for a position in the final fields.

The panel meet this weekend to determine the field for the Sprint and Stayers events.

Topgun night kicks off the Dream Chasers – where all four nights will again be shown on Racing.com.
