Delicate was the fastest heat winner with a time of 29.84. She brought her best box manners and swallowed the opportunity from box 1 by winning easily in heat 2.

The in-form Slick Splits wasn’t too far off Delicate’s numbers with a 29.86 win. He led again and narrowly held off kennel-mate Paw Barton.

One of the sport’s hottest prospects Saquon is also through to the final after a gutsy win, the toughest of his short career.

Other heat winners were Amron Mick, Paw Quinby, Fastened, Upset Sunset and Shima Time.
