RSN Grey Areas | Mistaken identity | Emerald | Horsham Cup and WA features

George is in the studio following an Opening Round footy trip to Sydney where he had his phone taken off him at a restaurant.

You may ask yourself; how could this have any more shocks… well Jason Adams was mistaken for the one and only James Van de Maat on a tram.

But it gets better… the blokes who falsely identified him went on the bag out the current presenters and their lack of punting outside of the favourites. I don’t think they realised they were talking of one of those said presenters.

Don’t worry Jase, we all still love ya.

Jason and George talk through the performances of Serial Sticker in the Emerald and Flying Zulu in the Horsham Cup.

Attention then went to the best place on earth – WA, for the Perth Cup and Galaxy heats.

George’s set at Sandown:

Race 2, University (2)
“Not sure we are going to have any odds, but I want people to have a watch. Got a future. “

Race 10, Shima Sand (2)
“Should be really hard to beat after some good placings and drawn well.”

Race 11, Takumi Bale (6)
“Hopefully we get some odds. Provincial form at Sale was impressive. Not happy with the box but has found his race.”

Jason and George describe last night’s footy as the best form of reality TV on offer. And can you believe, Sir John Henry tipped Richmond (mind blown).
