Red Dirt Road has been withdrawn from Group 1 Topgun Stayers consideration following an Achilles strain sustained in a trial at The Meadows on Thursday.
Trainer Rob Britton said it could be up to three months on the sidelines.
Canya All Class has been promoted to the field and the reserves are now Canya Amy (9) and Black Silencer (10).
Canya All Class will be withdrawn from the Hume Cup heats which will run on Monday night at The Meadows.
