The Melbourne Greyhound Racing Association (MGRA) is proud to present this year’s Group 1 Invitational nominations.
The Group 1 Temlee (525m) boasts 23 nominated greyhounds set to challenge for a spot in the race carrying a total prizemoney of $160,500.
The Group 1 Rookie Rebel (600m) will see 22 nominated greyhounds vie for the $121,500 prize pool.
The Group 1 Zoom Top (730m) sees 20 greyhounds nominated for the $121,500 staying event.
A panel comprising of representatives from the MGRA will select the Top 12 greyhounds for each of the three events and seek endorsement from the GRV Grading Department.
The Top 12 will be announced on Tuesday the 31st of January on the Green Light On Premier Racing Podcast.
The final field will be revealed, and box draw(s) conducted on Saturday 4 February.
