GRV COVID UPDATE | Masks

GRV would like to advise a small change to the protocols relating to mask wearing at all greyhound racing venues throughout the state, effective from Friday, January 28.

Mandatory mask wearing is no longer required outdoors at venues, unless 1.5m social distancing is not achievable and masks should still be worn in those circumstances. Social distancing is still always advised in any setting. Mask wearing indoors is still a mandatory requirement.

GRV recommends the use of N95 masks as a means of added protection.

GRV thanks the GOTBA for their assistance with this decision, and thanks all patrons and participants for their compliance and cooperation as these protocols continue to change.

The safety, well-being and comfort of all people attending our venues remain a priority for GRV as we continue to work to keep our industry operating without interruption.
