Saints & Jess ‘go marching in’?

St Kilda supporters will be hoping the Saints and versatile greyhound Run Like Jess ‘go marching in’ on Saturday night.
TAB is offering $6.50 for the Saints to lose by 28pts or less – or even win – against the Lions and dual G1 finalist Run Like Jess to ‘run like the wind’ at The Meadows.

St Kilda is 11th with seven wins from 15 games and the Brisbane Lions 3rd with 11 wins on the AFL ladder.

Meanwhile, Run Like Jess is TAB’s $2.70 second elect, behind Gypsy Wyong ($2.50), in a $6400 to-the-winner Mixed 4/5 (600m).

Trained by Rob Camilleri, Run Like Jess has won 18 races from 58 starts. He was a finalist in the G1 Zoom Top and G1 Fanta Bale Super Stayers – both over 725m at The Meadows – and has also contested three G2 and two G3 finals.

Bounce down for the Brisbane Lions vs St Kilda clash at Metricon Stadium, Qld is at 7.25pm, while Run Like Jess is in Race 6, Box 5 at 8.09pm.
