No ‘snoozing’ for Bombers

Essendon fans won’t be caught ‘snoozing’ tonight on TAB’s AFL/Greys offer.

The betting giant’s $2.40 cross-sports proposition is for the Bombers to down the Crows and emerging talent Midday Snooze to win at Geelong.

The Bombers – who are 12th on the AFL ladder with six wins – are without captain Dyson Heppell for Jake Stringer’s 150th game, while the Crows – 15th with five wins – have lost key forward Taylor Walker.

Meanwhile, the Angela Langton-trained Midday Snooze is TAB’s $1.55 favourite in a Mixed 6/7 (520m).

A brilliant 25.84sec last start winner over 460m at Geelong, the highly promising Midday Snooze has won two races from only four starts.

The Essendon v Adelaide Crows clash commences at Marvel Stadium at 7.50pm, while Midday Snooze is in Race 5 Box 6 at 8.28pm.
