Yozo and Bulldogs are ‘barking’

They’re ‘barking’ at the “Kennel”, and Doggies’ fans will be collectively ‘wagging tails’ on tonight’s AFL/Greys offer.

TAB has put up a $4.50 quote on the Western Bulldogs ‘slaying’ the GWS Giants and Yozo Bale making it country cup No. 3 in the G2 Geelong Gold Cup (520m).

The Bulldogs are licking their jowls, sitting on top of the AFL ladder unbeaten after five rounds, while the Giants are 12th with only two wins.

Meanwhile, the Correy Grenfell-trained Yozo Bale is TAB’s $2.90 favourite in the $50,000 to-the-winner Cup.

Crowned the ‘country cups king’, Yozo Bale won last year’s G2 Bendigo Cup and G2 Ballarat Cup. He’s also won 22 races from 57 starts and was a finalist in last year’s Geelong Gold Cup.
And he’s trained by ‘man of the moment’ Grenfell, 27, who took home a $150,000 first prize in last week’s G1 Perth Cup courtesy of ‘ultimate professional’, Tiggerlong Tonk.

Bounce down for the GWS Giants v Western Bulldogs clash at Manuka Oval, ACT is 7.50pm, while Yozo Bale is in Race 8 Box 3 at 9.27pm.
