The 2020 Shepparton Greyhound of the Year awards were conducted in a gala affair on Saturday night.

All Inn Ava was crowned the Greyhound of the Year, while her trainer, Tony Duncan, was announced as the Trainer of the Year, in what capped a great night for the local, who is based in nearby Harston.

The night was a showcase for the industry within the region and afar with notable federal, state and local dignitaries in attendance along with guest speaker AFL legend Doug Hawkins.
