Wentworth Park will host four semi-finals of the Group 1 Peter Mosman Classic (520m) on Saturday night with a number of Victorian trainers hoping their greyhounds land a top-two finish to secure their place in next weekend’s final.
Among them is Dundee Fury, whom trainer Geoff Scott-Smith said is one of the most talented greyhound he has ever trained.
That is high praise considering Scott-Smith, a hobby trainer from Pearcedale, took out the Group 1 Harrison-Dawson at Sandown Park last month with Dundee Osprey.
