Exciting times on horizon for new partnership

Greyhound Racing Victoria has donated $6,500 to the Starlight Children’s Foundation to help brighten the lives of sick kids.

A contingent of Greyhound Racing Victoria representatives was on hand at a major fundraiser for the prominent children’s charity on Thursday night.

The money raised will go towards funding wishes for seriously ill children and their families.

Chairman Bernie Carolan was among the GRV representatives in attendance on the night. He said the event was a reminder of the valuable work Starlight does in helping young people deal with the toughest of times.

“It was an enormously positive feeling around the night with so many people coming together for such a great cause,” Mr Carolan said.

“GRV is proud to be involved with the Starlight Children’s Foundation and we look forward to our relationship growing with some exciting initiatives in the very near future.”
