Star Blues and their Greyhound chasing four straight wins!

The Carlton Football Club is aiming for four straight wins this Sunday against Port Adelaide.

Coincidentally, a greyhound with a strong attachment to the Blues will also be aiming for four straight wins at Cranbourne tonight.

Tear It Down, trained by Darren Pattinson, is owned by a number of Carlton footballers including three number one national draft picks and two number two national draft selections.

Number one picks Marc Murphy, Bryce Gibbs and Matthew Kreuzer, along with pick two selections Dale Thomas and Andrew Walker are also involved.

Others on the ownership papers are key defender Sam Rowe, former Crow Matthew Wright and ex-Blue David Ellard.

Tear It Down has had a total of seven starts for four wins and two minor placings, with a career on the metropolitan circuit certainly not beyond the question.

Tear It Down is The Watchdog’s top selection and is rated the $2.60 favourite in Race 3 tonight at 7:28pm.
