Sweet Return

The scene is set for a sensational showdown at Sandown Park on Thursday night when staying sweethearts Xylia Allen and Sweet It Is do battle in the Victorian final of the National Distance Championship.

Both greyhounds were successful in their respective heats last night, with Xylia Allen bouncing back from defeat in last weekend’s surprise AWM Distance Championship at The Meadows, and Sandown Cup winner Sweet It Is winning first up from a 10 week spell.
