WALK HARD DOES IT EASY

Promising sprinter Walk Hard was the fastest Group 1 Hobart Thousand heat winner last night, recording the impressive time of 25.81sec.

The Nikki McRae-trained greyhound was one of four Victorian-trained greyhounds to qualify for the this Thursday’s $100,000 final.

The other Victorians to qualify were Maverick Tiger and Blackalls Boss, who filled the quinella in the recent Ballarat Cup, and Darren McDonald’s greyhound Under Threat.
