WHO’S THE BOSS?

Blackalls Boss (Box 3) won the 2012 Skill Training Victoria Shepparton Cup over 450m on Friday, taking home his first group victory and the $42,000 first prize.

Although winning his heat in a super quick time, the Michelle Mallia-Magri trained Blackalls Boss started a relative outsider at $6.00, due to the outstanding field assembled around him in the feature event.

The son of Hallucinate and Blackalls Beauty proved that early speed in big races is vital, as he was able to burn off Jason Thompson
