Melbourne Victory star, Archie Thompson, had two reasons to celebrate last Friday as he scored the opener against Adelaide United and his greyhound, Thomo’s Pizazz, won her second race. Thomo’s Pizazz ran into trouble early, but was able to steer her way through the field to win her second race in eight starts. Victory were eventually held to a 1-1 draw, but there was nothing stopping Thomo’s Pizazz, as the daughter of Collison and Okay Supreme and sister of Fully Advanced overcame some early interference to win her first race at trainer Graeme Bate’s home-track. |
